The Automatic Update Server is to help keep everyone's RACES Logger up
to date. If you have an internet connection RACES Logger will check the update
server using TCP port 21 (FTP) and see if there is a new version and prompt you
if you would like to upgrade if one exists. This feature can be disabled or
enabled in the Defaults Settings screen.
